Using YUVA
YUVA Properties provides property discovery, public market information, professional directories and available consultation and communication features. Browse without an account; protected actions require the shared YUVA account. Use the service only when you are legally able to do so and accept these terms. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not excluded.
Account responsibility
Provide accurate information, protect sign-in codes and use only accounts you control. Do not impersonate another person, access another account or bypass access and usage limits. Report suspected unauthorised access through Support. Signing out ends the website session; it does not remove the account.
Who can publish
Ordinary personal accounts cannot create property listings on this website. Listing management is available only to eligible approved professionals through existing YUVA ownership, verification, draft and moderation rules. Professional status alone does not guarantee publication. Do not advertise without authority from the property owner.
Listing accuracy and content rights
Publish only accurate, current, authorised content. Keep price, availability, location and media up to date. Do not submit fake, duplicate, discriminatory, unlawful or misleading content, private documents as public images, or media you have no right to use. You retain your rights and permit YUVA to host, display and process submitted content as needed to provide the service and moderation.
Transactions and verification
A listing, badge, map point, market report or AI answer does not guarantee ownership, availability, building condition, completion date or investment return. Verify the counterparty, documents, property and contract independently before signing or paying. YUVA is not automatically a seller, landlord or party to an external transaction; a separately accepted service agreement must define any such role.
Promotions, prices and payments
Paid placements must be disclosed. Paid promotion does not buy a verified identity or earned professional status. Users currently have no in-app payments or financial services. External property transactions are not in-app purchases. Any separately offered professional service requires its own actual offer and agreed conditions. No charge or payment success is implied by an unavailable checkout or draft form.
AI and market information
AI can assist search and consultation but may be incomplete or incorrect. Market material is tied to its source date and available evidence; it is not a promise of current stock or a personalised valuation. Check important facts independently. Server-owned consent, access and usage rules apply. Do not use the service to obtain another customer’s private data.
Enquiries and community conduct
Use enquiries, messages and viewing requests for legitimate property purposes. Do not harass, spam, send malicious files, scrape private contacts or send another person’s sensitive data without authority. Contact and sharing follow the platform’s sign-in policy. A demo property cannot accept a real enquiry, saved favourite, viewing or transaction.
Moderation and availability
Content or access may be restricted for fraud, legal requirements, security or breach of these terms. Moderation and verification can require corrections; use Support to question a decision. Features and third-party services can be unavailable. No continuous availability or particular result is guaranteed, and statutory rights remain unaffected.
Privacy, termination and disputes
The Privacy Policy explains data processing and user choices. Stop using the service if you do not accept a change; account deletion is a separate request from uninstalling. Contact Support first about complaints, content rights, payments or access issues. Applicable law and mandatory consumer rights govern disputes; no unverified court, company registration or jurisdiction is invented here.
